Returns

We want you to love your purchase from Roam & Glow. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at roamandglowshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided once your request has been reviewed and approved.

Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
